Refund policy
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you paid for. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Damages, Misprints, & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@greekingha.vc with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or refund when appropriate. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Because all products are printed on demand:
- We do not accept returns for size issues, color preference, or buyer’s remorse
- We do not offer exchanges
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
European Union 14 day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU and consists of non-custom goods, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Most of our products are custom-made and therefore exempt, but if you have questions, please contact us.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
